Our Journey
2014 – Where It All Began
We launched as iPromise—a first-of-its-kind EMR designed exclusively for iPads. The goal was simple: give doctors access to patient data anytime, anywhere—even without internet. It created a buzz in the medical community, with many calling it “an EMR that fits in your coat pocket.”
2017 – Breaking Platform Barriers
While the iPad was our strength, we realized wider adoption needed accessibility. We launched a full Windows version, bringing Unite to desktops and laptops—meeting healthcare providers where they were.
2019 – Expanding Our Roots
We opened our India office to support engineering, QA, and implementation at scale.
2022 – 100 Customers and Counting
Our platform crossed 100 healthcare providers, a milestone that reflected product maturity and market trust.
2024 – Riayati and Malaffi Certified
Now onboarded with Riayati and Malaffi, Unite serves 300+ clinics across the UAE, supporting specialties from dermatology to gynecology—and everything in between.
2015 – From iPromise to Unite
Our pilot grew beyond expectations. We expanded into specialties like Ophthalmology and Cardiology, rebranding to Unite. We worked hand-in-hand with doctors—often sitting in on consultations (with patient consent)—to design a system that genuinely saved them time.
2018 – Scaling Big with NMC
We onboarded NMC, the largest healthcare group in the UAE at the time. This marked our entry into high-volume, multi-branch, multi-emirate deployment—proving Unite could handle enterprise-scale operations.
2020 – Dubai Office & SaaS Evolution
We set up operations in Dubai and launched our cloud-hosted SaaS platform. For the first time, we built a dedicated sales team—until then, growth had been entirely word of mouth.
2023 – NABIDH Certified
We became officially onboarded with NABIDH, reinforcing our commitment to compliance and interoperability.
